I want to let everyone know that the young woman who serves coffee (around 8:30 a.m.) at Tim Horton’s at the Aurora, ON store
is a great example of a customer service professional. I’m going to get her name next time I see her.
This blog is a great idea!!

    Hi Erik,
We’re glad you took the time to recognize this young woman. She probably gets up really early in the morning to get to work so that she can prepare coffee, etc. for the morning rush.

This is the first time I am writing in a blog of this type. I couldn’t resis the idea of recognizing the secretary in my company, itrewards. Her name is Shara and she makes sure that every single person in the organization is treated like they must be the most important person in the world. She doesn’t deal with the consumer but her treatment of all the reps means she is helping them help the consumer. Thanks Shara, you’re great.

Being in the photo industry we deal with a lot of creative people…Our very own Cindy Fincher is someone I want to recognize for her excellent customer service…she really cares about Our Customers and helps them bring out the best in their photos! She also is very caring about her Co-Workers respect is the key with Cindy. Lately we have been super busy and short handed…it has been tough on all, but I wanted to let Cindy know we care about her and appreciate all her hard work.

      Hi Theresa,
Thanks for sharing. We would like to send Cindy a DMSRetail Customer Champion Certificate, if that’s ok with you. If it is, what email address can we send it to? Thanks again for taking the time to recognize Cindy.

The way you dish out your ideas made me appreciate the retail field with a positive mind. Each time I request advice i get it quick and it will be very useful. Your hints have been very useful in this difficult climatic condition like the Zimbabwean economy. Please continue your good work. To me you are always thumbs up.

Bharti – Wallmart has finally hit the bulls eye. The company has got to the DNA of Retailing in India. The Cash & Carry store in Punjab is already catering to over 35,000 mom n pop stores. Hats of to the minds behind the Bharti & Wallmart Joint Venture
