Without knowing more about your business it is difficult to say. You can test some items – perhaps some complementary items. You can certainly ask the customers what they want.
There are many retailers who ask just one question when their customers are leaving the store, and that is “Did you find everything that you were looking for today?”
Also, you may ask customers to fill in a short questionnaire to let you know what else they might expect to find in a store like yours.
